I included my DNW and general likes in Sign-up, so here I will give some prompts for specific pairing/fandoms. They are only suggestions which may help you, don’t feel obligated to follow them. 

 

The Silmarillion and other histories of Middle-Earth - J. R. R. Tolkien  

 

Idril Celebrindal/Maeglin (Tolkien - Silm)

I would love to read for example found Idril’s diary, where she admits some feelings for Maeglin or her secret relationship with him. Some forbidden romance, but uncovered only after some time, in sources left by either of them. 

 

Fëanor | Curufinwë/Nerdanel (Tolkien - Silm)

Maybe letters exchange between them after they split up, or maybe during some journey by either of them. 

 

Caranthir | Morifinwë/Haleth of the Haladin (Tolkien - Silm)

I would love to read some accounts of their relationship, maybe by some Haladin annalist or something like that.

 

Aredhel/Celegorm | Turcafinwë (Tolkien - Silm)

Maybe some unsent letters Aredhel wrote when in Gondolin or Celegorm after he learned of Aredhel’s death. 

 

Aegnor | Ambaráto/Andreth | Saelind (Tolkien - Silm)

Let's say they exchange letters after they broke up? Or maybe Andreth and/or Aegnor exchanged letters with Finrod where we can find some hints at their feelings? 

 

Scholomance - Naomi Novik  

 

Aadhya & Galadriel "El" Higgins & Chloe Rasmussen & Yi Liu (Scholomance)

Conversations on messenger, or any other communicator the girls use after leaving the Scholomance would be great. Or e-mails sent by them to each other. 

 

Galadriel "El" Higgins/Orion Lake (Scholomance)

Here I prefer some AU where Orion leaves Scholomance or the timeline after El somehow rescues him. It could be mentioned, it could be not, I don’t care. Them maintaining a long-distance relationship for some time, they could meet at the end, it would be even very welcome. 

 

Wiedźmin | The Witcher Series - Andrzej Sapkowski  

 

Cirilla Fiona | False Ciri/Emhyr var Emreis (Witcher Books)

Maybe Cirilla keeps a diary, where she writes about her infatuation with Emhyr. Or they send letters to each other, official at the beginning, turned something more tender and sweet as time passes. 

 

Francesca Findabair | Enid an Gleanna/Tissaia de Vries (Witcher Books)

They have known each other for a very long time and exchanged letters for sure. 

 

Sigismund Dijkstra & Isengrim Faoiltiarna (Witcher Books)

I’m fascinated by this friendship or rather an acquaintance. Maybe there are some accounts about it? Maybe they send letters to each other, or one of them kept a journal? They had shared business with books and other papers on that?

Avallac'h | Crevan Espane aep Caomhan Macha/Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon (Witcher VG)

Avallac’h seemed to me like a guy who may keep a journal, maybe with his thoughts and considerations on some important matters, and Ciri becomes a more and more important matter for him.

Kaz Brekker/Inej Ghafa (SOC — LB)

For example, letters that were exchanged between them when Inej was on the sea. 

 

Mass Effect: Andromeda  

 

Jaal Ama Darav/Female Ryder (ME:A)

E-mails they exchanged when away, little sweet notes left on datapads…

 

Dragon Age (Video Games)  

 

Female Lavellan/Solas (Dragon Age)

Maybe Lavellan keeps a journal or diary where she pours her thoughts and feelings onto paper. Or maybe Solas, which would be maybe even more interesting. 

 

Cassandra Pentaghast/Josephine Montilyet (Dragon Age)

Letters, from official, in the beginning, to more and more private as time passes.

 

Female Inquisitor/Josephine Montilyet (Dragon Age)

I imagine Josephine, as a diplomat, is very skilled in writing letters, so her letters to her lover must be very well written and beautiful. 

 

Leliana/Josephine Montilyet (Dragon Age)

They were friends for a long time, but maybe after some, it turned into something more. One or maybe both of them keep a journal when she discovers it. Or they send letters to each other, as friends at the beginning, turned something more.
