Trick or treat 2022 letter

 

Dear writer/artist,

 

Thank you for creating for me. I put my DNWs and general likes in sign up, so here I will give some prompts for specific fandoms, characters and ships.

Fandom:The Silmarillion and other histories of Middle-Earth - J. R. R. Tolkien  
 

 For Silm fandom (especially treats) I love everything that happened during time if peace or in Valinor.

I think here it’s more likely to be Trick than Treat. I’m very interested in exploration of vampire character and what’s to mean to be one in Tolkien’s world. I think it likely to be something more sexual than romantic. And in this ship dub con doesn’t bother me.

• Ship: Idril/Maeglin/Tuor (Silm - JRRT)

• Ship: Idril/Maeglin (Silm - JRRT)

For both above ships: I like established Idril/Maeglin before Tuor arrives, but its just a bonus. You can go here with Trick or treat, for example some aftermaths of torture Maeglin undergoes in Angband, or some smut for treat... also I love good pinch of fluff so you can’t go wrong here, really. 

• Ship: Caranthir/Haleth (Silm - JRRT)

I have a weak spot for this couple. I prefer this to be mutual, not just pining on one (or both) sides. For Trick maybe some scary battle, when Caranthir rescues Haleth or vice versa. And some AU where they stay together for treat.

• Ship: Aredhel/Celegorm (Silm - JRRT)

I would love to read about some adventures they had in their youth. Or how they reunite after reembodiment in Valinor. Trick could be maybe Celegorm looking for her in Nan Elmoth... and finding her in thus scary forest. Note: I hate Eol or Aredhel/Eol. Please don’t include this in positive way.

• Ship: Aegnor/Andreth (Silm - JRRT)

Angst is fine, maybe Aegnor ghost visits Andreth after his death. I’d love also something in Andreth youth, during their brief romance. Or happy (bitter-sweet in fact) AU where they stay together.

• Maeglin (Silm - JRRT)

Scary time in Nan Elmoth or his imprisonment in Angband. For treat quality time with Aredhel or maybe he had some friends in Gondolin he liked to spent time with?

Note: I hate Eol or Aredhel/Eol. Please don’t include this in positive way.

• Finduilas Faelivrin (Silm - JRRT)

I think she was very sweet and nice person, and I’d prefer Treat than Trick here. I think that a lot of bad things happened to her in canon, undeserved. I’m not saying that others deserved they fates, but for her it really seems unjust. Either way I would like to read about  her as a person, not only as a daughter or partner to others. 

• Aredhel (Silm - JRRT)

I love her. I think her journey through Nan Elmoth would be perfect for Trick. Treat most be for example some sweet moments with Maeglin or Idril.

Note: I hate Eol or Aredhel/Eol. Please don’t include this in positive way.

I think he is very interesting character. I’m interested in his past, before Scoiatael r maybe some moments during it. Also I’m not against some relationships with OCs, preferably elven. Generally I’m all for elves.

I prefer this to be somehow consensual on Ciri’s part, but I’m not against Dub con for this pairing. I think it will be better for Trick than Treat, but if you go for some smut it’s okay as well. 

• Ship: Geralt of Rivia/Yennefer of Vengerberg (Witcher books)

I’m all for their tough and compicated relationship. Maybe some joined moment with Ciri? Or the fragment about them before books? 

• Ship: False Ciri/Emhyr vas Emreis (Witcher books)

I prefer Treat here. I think their relationship is kind of sweet and I’m all for Emhyr slowly falling for her. 

• Ship: Sigismund Dijkstra & Isengrim Faolitarna & Boreas Mun (Witcher books)

I’m interested in them after the action of the books. What happened to them on the south? And, if you want to join it in the games,why Mun and Dijkstra CAE back, but not Faoiltiarna? Maybe something spooky is behind it?

• Ship: Tissaia de Vries/Francesca Findabair (Witcher books)

I think their share common past,judging by their relationship in books. I want to know more about it!

I think this pairings and Josephine in herself is very sweet. I think I would prefer treat here, but if you have an idea on trick, I go for it.

DNW: Malina. I hate this ship, and Mal – if he has t be featured in this, please not with Alina.
